UHF radios are a necessary safety item when four wheel driving. It allows the trip leader to give instructions to the whole convoy plus remain in contact with everyone. It gives members contact with the trip leader and other members of the convoy. When using the radio allow suitable pause between transmissions so all can participant in the topic of conversation.
